Askuvo is a guest concierge for short-term rental hosts and property managers. Each property gets its own concierge and a permanent Guest SmartLink. Guests open it before or during their stay and ask what they need to know — check-in, Wi-Fi, parking, appliances, the local area — any time of day.

Askuvo uses the property information you save to answer guest questions. Guests can ask in 30+ languages and get replies in their own language. When Askuvo cannot confirm something, it tells the guest and records the missing detail so you can add it. Urgent or sensitive issues can trigger an email alert to you.

You stay in control. You review your property information, test your concierge privately before guests use it, and share it your way — the Guest SmartLink in your existing guest messages, an optional QR code at the property, or an optional embed on your website.
