When do I enter payment details? What happens after the trial?

Use Askuvo free on one property — no card required. Guests won't see it until you turn on guest access. When you're ready, turn on guest access for 30 days free with real guests. Add a payment method during those 30 days only if you want to keep Askuvo; billing starts after the free 30 days. Otherwise guest access ends and you aren't charged.

What if I manage more than 20 units?

Large Portfolio is for 21+ separately bookable units. It keeps the Portfolio feature set with tailored conversation capacity and volume pricing based on your portfolio and expected usage. Contact us and tell us roughly how many units you manage.

Question 3

What counts as a guest conversation, and what happens if I go over?

Accepted Answer

One conversation is a single guest session with your concierge, however many messages it contains. We'll let you know around 80%. At 100%, your account enters a 20% grace allowance and keeps answering. At 120%, quick answers from your saved property details remain available; for other questions, guests are directed to you until the monthly reset or an eligible upgrade.

What counts as one unit?

One separately bookable accommodation or listing counts as one unit. A whole holiday home booked as one listing is one unit. Hotel, motel or resort rooms that guests can book separately count separately, even when they share one address.

Question 5

How many live web lookups are included?

Accepted Answer

Solo includes 50 live web lookups a month, with up to 5 a day. Host includes 250 pooled across the account each month, with up to 15 a day. Portfolio includes 600 pooled across the account each month, with up to 40 a day. These lookups cover live information such as local recommendations, weather and transport; answers from your saved property details do not use them.

How do guests reach the concierge in the property?

Every plan includes a free printable QR sign PDF and a Guest SmartLink you can paste into the messages you already send. There's no physical product to buy — nothing about the software depends on one.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account page; billing is prorated automatically and your properties and welcome books stay exactly as they are.

Are there setup or cancellation fees, or annual billing?

Accepted Answer

There is no setup fee, onboarding fee, cancellation fee or minimum term. Every plan is billed monthly and you can cancel any time. Annual billing isn't available in self-serve checkout today.
