How does private testing work?

After adding your property details, you can ask Askuvo questions exactly as a guest would and review the answers privately. No card is required. Your 30-day free trial starts only when you turn on guest access.

When can guests see my concierge?

Only after you deliberately turn on guest access and share the property's SmartLink or optional QR code. Guests cannot see your private test.

What happens when Askuvo does not know an answer?

Askuvo says it cannot confirm the detail instead of inventing an answer. Urgent or sensitive issues can be flagged in Guest alerts and by email so you can step in when needed.

How do I add my property details?

You can import a listing or add the essential information yourself. You review what Askuvo will use before testing it, and you remain in control of the saved details.

Do guests need an app or login?

No. The SmartLink or QR code opens your Guest Concierge in their normal browser. Guests do not need an app, login or account.

Does Askuvo work with my PMS or existing messages?

Yes. Keep the PMS, inbox and automated messages you already use, then add each property's permanent SmartLink to the appropriate guest message. Askuvo complements that flow; it does not replace your PMS or inbox.
